Beijing-headquartered Anli Partners is merging with fellow Chinese firm Sinobridge PRC Lawyers. The combined firm will operate under the name of Anli Partners. 

“We come together as the two firms share the same vision and same outlook on the firm’s management and business development,” Qingyou Wang, Anli’s managing partner, said to ALB.

Sinobridge, founded in 1993 as one of China's first full-service law firms, has strong capabilities in capital markets, anti-trust, corporate/M&A and more, representing Fortune 500 clients including Google, BASF, CITIC securities, Johnson & Johnson, Mercedes-Benz, John Deere, Halliburton, Volvo and Sinochem. 

Following the merger, Anli Partners, founded in 2001, now has a total headcount of 230 people including 44 partners. The firm tells ALB that it also plans to open branches in cities like Nanjing and Shenzhen.

北京安理与北京中博宣布合并

北京市安理律师事务所与北京市中博律师事务所宣布合并，将统一以北京市安理律师事务所名称对外执业。

“基于共同发展理念和愿景以及在发展战略及管理模式上的认同，我们达成了合并发展意向。”北京市安理律师事务所管理合伙人王清友律师告诉ALB。

北京市中博律师事务所成立于1993年，是中国司法部最早批准设立的综合性律师事务所之一，多年来在资本市场、反垄断、公司并购等业务领域拥有丰富经验，曾经或正在服务的客户包括谷歌、巴斯夫、中信证券、强生、奔驰、约翰迪尔、哈里伯顿、沃尔沃、中化等世界500强企业。

通过此次合并，成立于2001年的北京市安理律师事务所现拥有总人数230人，其中含44位合伙人。安理告诉ALB，正在筹建在南京、深圳等地设立分所。
