Tianjin-based Lvyun Law Firm has established an office in Hong Kong as part of its Greater Bay Area strategy.

The Hong Kong office will focus on finance and investments, M&A, fundraising and fund formation and commercial disputes, and will also counsel on cross-border marriage and cross-border inheritance for individuals.  

Founded in 2013, Lvyun is located in Tianjin’s Binhai New Area (TBNA). It focuses on trusts, securities, fund formation, investments, international trade and commercial arbitration.
