We are now accepting submissions for 2019 ALB China Rising Lawyers. The aim is to showcase 15 ambitious, up-and-coming young lawyers across China who are showing their potential to become future stars. We would like to identify these 15 of the brightest young legal minds in China who are doing high-quality work, for example appearing on important deals, in key disputes and more, earning accolades from their colleagues, superiors and clients in the process.

Only one entry is allowed per organization. Each law firm can nominate up totwo candidates. To be considered as a Rising Lawyer, individuals need to either be not above the age of 40 or have no more than 15 years of legal professional experience. Candidates can be of any nationality, but need to be based in mainland China currently.

The list of the top 15 rising lawyers will be published in the ALB China July 2019 issue.

Methodology: The list will be chosen on the basis of a combination of the following: 1) significant achievements;  2) important deals or cases; 3) significant work in the last 12 months; 4) clients the candidate has acted for; 5)significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition; 6) client comments and colleague comments.

2019 ALB China 律师新星开始接受报名。本次调查排名关注中国大陆范围内有雄心，有潜力，有卓越表现和良好口碑的上升期律师，我们期待着发掘出十五位正在快速成长为未来业内领军人物的青年律师,这些青年律师在重大交易、关键案件中赢得来自客户、同事的好评。

每一个律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的律师新星,请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名为律师新星的候选人需满足：年龄不超过40岁或从事法律行业不超过15年，目前常驻中国大陆从事相关法律服务，中外律师不限。

最终当选的15位律师新星名单将刊登在2019年7月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

评选方法：我们将参考以下几个方面：1）主要成就 2）代理过的重大交易或案件 3）过去12个月的主要工作内容 4）候选人的主要客户 5）候选人所获得的奖项6）客户评价和同事评价。
