V&T Partner, a Chinese legal network founded in 2017, has expanded its reach to Australia after adding Sydney-based full-service boutique Ausjuris Legal as a member.

The network, set up by China’s V&T Law Firm, also includes law firms in Madrid, Manchester and Kolding. According to the Chinese firm, the ultimate object of the alliance is to turn the members into its overseas offices when the time is right. 

Ausjuris Legal’s main practice areas include property law, immigration law, family law, corporate & Commercial law, taxation law, criminal law, dispute resolution & litigation. The firm has two partners – Francis C.W. Lau and Austin M.C. Yeung.

V&T Law Firm also recently entered into a strategic partnership with HFW’s Shanghai office, with a particular focus on maritime law.

“V&T Partner全球法律合作联盟”成立于2017年，近期吸纳了新成员：设在悉尼的澳洲Ausjuris Legal澳律律师事务所的加入。

该联盟由万商天勤律师事务所发起设立，目前联盟所分布在马德里、曼彻斯特、科灵和悉尼四家。该所表示，联盟的最终目标是，通过协作加深了解，一旦机会成熟，将考虑通过并购方式逐步设立万商天勤海外机构。

澳律律师事务所的主要业务领域包括房产法、移民法、家庭法、公司与商业法、税法、刑法、争端解决及诉讼。该所主要合伙人是刘念恩律师和杨文俊律师。

万商天勤律师事务所近期还与夏礼文律师事务所上海代表处完成了战略合作签约，借此推动双方在海事海商业务领域的发展。
