总部位于北京的国枫律师事务所近日正式落子苏州，成为该所全球范围内的第8家分支机构。

据悉，国枫苏州分所将由王岩主任领导，未来也将专注于首次公开发行与上市、上市公司再融资、并购重组、员工股权激励、房地产和建设工程、银行与非银行金融、争议解决等领域的法律服务。

国枫在一份新闻稿中表示，苏州办公室将依托苏州打造“智造之城”的产业布局方向，在国枫一体化管理模式下，进一步深化长三角法律服务网络。

Grandway launches Suzhou office

Grandway Law Offices has recently launched a new office in Suzhou, marking the firm's eighth branch globally.

According to Grandway, the new office will be led by director Wang Yan, and will focus on legal services in various areas, including initial public offerings and listings, refinancing of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisation, employee share incentives, real estate and construction, banking and non-banking finance, and dispute resolution.

In a press release, Grandway stated that the Suzhou office will enhance the firm's legal service network in the Yangtze River Delta region. This initiative will support the development of a “City of Intelligent Manufacturing,” in alignment with Suzhou's industrial layout and the firm's integrated management model.
