Commerce & Finance Law Offices has represented CNOOC Energy Technology & Services, a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, on its $490 million Shanghai initial public offering, with Haiwen & Partners advising the underwriters.

CNOOC EnerTech provides services related to petroleum engineering, oilfield technology, drilling engineering, logging, underground special operations and petroleum engineering construction.

The Haiwen team was led by partners Liu Su, Gao Wei and Du Ning.
