中闻律师事务所近日开设了新的深圳分所，新分所同时设立了将专注于家族财富管理的成章家族办公室。

据悉，中闻深圳分所目前有32位工作人员，其中合伙人12人，普通律师25人。分所负责人为杨广华律师，他的主要执业领域为家族法律事务、公司法律服务和物业纠纷法律服务。

中闻告诉ALB，深圳分所未来的执业重点为公司法律事务、民商事法律事务、知识产权法律事务、资本市场法律事务等。分所下设的成章家族办公室将专注于提供财富传承法律服务，为客户办理境内外财富传承事务。

中闻表示，深圳分所是中闻布局的重要安排，实现了中闻在北上深三个重要城市的互联互通和资源共享，完成了中闻全国布局的关键一步。深圳分所计划三年内达到100位执业律师，创收和业绩排名深圳靠前，成为深圳的知名律所。

根据ALB之前的报道，随着中国成为世界上增长最快的财富市场，对财富管理律师的需求也逐渐增加，针对传承规划、继承、信托等提供建议。今年9月，德和衡律师事务所上海分所与中英人寿上海分公司合作设立了中英家族办公室业，为企业家提供和家庭及财富相关的私人法律服务。

Zhongwen opens branch in Shenzhen, ventures into private wealth business

Beijing Zhongwen Law Firm has set up a new office in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, and also established a subsidiary there called Cheng Zhang Family Office, which will offer private wealth management services.

The new branch will focus on corporate law, IP law and capital markets, with the family office providing services related to inheritance planning and related wealth management services.

Zhongwen told ALB that the new office now has a headcount of 32 people, including 12 partners. The office is led by partner Yang Guanghua, who focuses on domestic issues, corporate law and real estate disputes.

Zhongwen added that the Shenzhen office is an important move for the firm, as it means that it now covers all first-tier Chinese cities. It expects the new branch to expand to more than 100 lawyers over the next three years.

As reported by ALB, with China now being the fastest-growing wealth market in the world, Chinese law firms have begun to specialise in this fast-growing practice area. Beijing DHH Law Firm has just opened a family office in Shanghai providing wealth and family issues legal services in this September.
