11月18日，办公软件和服务提供商北京金山办公软件股份有限公司在上海证券交易所科创板挂牌上市，此次上市共筹集约46亿元人民币资金。君合律师事务所担任了发行人律师，通商律师事务所则担任了保荐人和主承销商中国国际金融股份有限公司的法律顾问。

金山办公本次在科创板上市是香港上市公司金山软件进行的分拆上市，其也成为了截至目前科创板上市公司中募集金额最高的民营企业。

金山办公创建于1988年，其当年推出的WPS 1.0开启了电脑中文办公时代。金山办公目前的产品主要包括WPS Office办公软件和金山词霸等，并为政府机关、金融、能源、航空、医疗、教育等行业提供定制化办公产品和服务。金山办公实际控制人为雷军——也就是小米集团董事长兼CEO，他同时兼任金山集团董事长。

本项目中君合团队的牵头合伙人为石铁军律师和易宜松律师，主办合伙人为李若晨律师。

JunHe, C&F act on largest IPO on Shanghai’s STAR Market 

JunHe has advised Chinese office software company Kingsoft Office on its $655 million initial public offering on the STAR Market, the largest on that bourse till date, with Commerce & Finance Law Offices advising the underwriter CICC.

Kingsoft Office is a subsidiary of the Hong Kong bourse-listed Kingsoft Corporation. The parent company was founded in 1988, and its main products include office software such as WPS Office and Kingsoft online dictionary. The company has clients within the Chinese government and in industries like finance, energy, aviation, healthcare as well as education. Kingsoft is controlled by Lei Jun, who is also the founder of Xiaomi.
