广和律师事务所和广信君达律师事务所近日分别与境外律所达成新的战略合作关系。

广和与英国Howard Kennedy 律师事务所签约了战略合作协议，Howard Kennedy是位于伦敦的全方位服务律所，共有54位合伙人，涵盖19个法律服务领域，其房地产律师团队拥有超过100名律师，是英国最大的房地产律师团队之一。未来双方将在客户推荐、信息互通、研讨会或论坛举办、人员互派、交流合作等多领域达成合作。广和目前已在海内外设立了17个分所，还与26家国际律所建立了合作关系。

广信君达则与柬埔寨MENG & ASSOCIATES律师事务所建立了战略合作关系，同时设立了广信君达柬埔寨金边办公室，未来两家律所将共同为中柬两地投资与贸易等提供法律服务。这也是广信君达的第六家海外分支机构。

Two South China firms expand cooperation with foreign partners

Shenzhen-based Guanghe Law Firm and Guangzhou-based ETR Law Firm have formed new cooperation with foreign partners recently. Guanghe has signed strategic cooperation agreement with UK firm Howard Kennedy, who has 54 partners and one of the largest real estate legal team in the country. The two will work together on client referral, staff exchange and information sharing in the future. This is the 26th foreign partner of Guanghe and it also has 17 overseas offices.

Meanwhile ETR has formed partnership with Cambodian firm MENG & ASSOCIATES and opened a new office in Phnom Penh, which is ETR’s 6th office abroad. The two will provide legal services concerning Sino-Cambodian investment and trade in the future.
