• 观韬中茂律师事务所近日开设了郑州分所，分所主任为何红艺律师，专长于房地产相关法律服务。郑州分所的设立完成了观韬中茂在中原地区的重要战略布局；
• 山东众成清泰律师事务所近日开设了上海分所，众诚清泰目前拥有14家分支机构，除2008年开设的北京分所外，上海分所是其第二家省外分支机构。上海分所主任为许辉律师，专长领域为建设房地产、破产清算业务。未来上海分所将重点服务于长三角客户在山东的诉讼业务，以及环渤海区域尤其是山东客户在长三角地区的高端非诉讼业务；
• 汇业律师事务所近日开设了常州分所，这也是汇业的第23家分支机构。目前汇业已完成在长三角区域几乎全部重要经济中心城市布局，完成了密集化布点，常州分所将进一步强化其在长三角地区的法律资源整合能力；
• 协力律师事务所近日开设了福州分所，这是协力在境内第14家分支机构，也是继厦门后在福建省开设的第二家分所。分所未来业务方向为不良资产处置、并购金融、公司商事、刑事、建筑房地产等，同时将为“一带一路”沿线中国企业走出去提供投资、争端解决类法律服务；

Chinese law firms: A roundup of recent office openings

• Guantao Law Firm has opened a new office in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan Province. The new office will be led by partner He Hongyi, who specializes in real estate related legal services. The new office has further completed the firm’s strategic layout in Central China;
• Shandong based Jointide Law Firm has set up a new office in Shanghai, which is the firm’s fourteenth branch and second one outside Shandong. The new office will be led by partner Xu Hui, who specializes in real estate and construction, as well as insolvency and restructuring. The Shanghai office will focus on assisting Yangtze river delta region clients with litigations in Shandong, as well as Shandong clients’ non-litigation cases in the delta region;
• Hui Ye Law Firm has opened a new office in Changzhou, which is the firm’s twenty-third branch. By now Hui Ye has finished its layout in the Yangtze river delta region, with branches in almost every economic center here. The new office will further enhance its ability to allocate resources in this area;
• Co-effort Law Firm has opened a new office in Fuzhou, which is the firm’s fourteenth domestic branch and second in Fujian Province. The new office will focus on disposition of non-performing assets, M&A financing, real estate and construction, meanwhile providing investment and dispute resolution legal services to China’s outbound businesses along the Belt and Road route.
