近日,礼德律师事务所香港办公室银行及金融团队为五矿地产就60亿港元银团贷款项目提供了法律服务,该贷款由来自不同司法管辖区的18家银行参与,其中招商永隆银行为此次交易的唯一安排行。
根据礼德的一份新闻稿,五矿地产是中国五矿集团下属子公司,主营房地产开发,目前在港交所上市,在香港和中国大陆均拥有投资物业和房地产开发项目。五矿地产披露,此笔款项将主要用作再融资,并给予五矿地产及其子公司作营运资金用途。

Reed Smith acts on Minmetals Land’s $771 mln syndicate loan
Reed Smith has assisted China real estate developer Minmetals Land on its $771 million syndicate loan in Hong Kong. The banking consortium consisted of international banks, with Wing Lung Bank being the sole mandated lead arranger and bookrunner.
Minmetals Land is a subsidiary of state-owned mining company China Minmetals Corp and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company revealed on HKEX’s website that the loan would be used for refinancing and also as working capital.
