广州广悦律师事务所近日迎来王敬、王伟圣、符拉利、赵硕等20余位合伙人、律师加盟其广州总部，未来新加盟律师将组建成为涉外法律团队，重点为粤港澳大湾区客户提供服务。
这支涉外法律团队将由王敬律师领导，王律师此前为广东敬海律师事务所创始合伙人，他将于今年晚些时候以资深顾问身份正式加盟广悦。王伟圣、符拉利律师则以合伙人身份加盟，他们此前也任职于敬海所。
王敬律师是海商海事领域专家，其执业领域主要为海商海事、国际贸易、公司法、知识产权、金融和内外商投资等，尤其擅长处理各类涉外商事纠纷案件。近年来，王律师还拓展了家庭财富传承、破产清算及公司股权纠纷领域业务。
王伟圣律师为跨境投资并购及海事海商专家，业务领域包括金融及投资并购、国际贸易及信用证、跨境投资、海事海商、保险以及其他商业纠纷案件等，服务客户包括国际银行及金融机构、保险公司、航运公司、船东互保协会、大型国企和其他跨国公司。
符拉利律师来自意大利，他在敬海所期间专注于为欧洲及其他各国客户提供服务，协助他们更好应对中国法律制度。他的执业领域为商事和合同纠纷、非诉讼解决机制、外商投资战略、知识产权及劳动纠纷等。
另一位以合伙人身份加盟广悦涉外团队的赵硕律师此前任职于中伦律师事务所深圳分所，其业务领域为知识产权纠纷及不正当竞争，尤其擅长技术相关法律服务。她服务的行业包括医药、化工、机械、通信、电子、计算机软件、游戏、娱乐等。
同时加盟广悦涉外团队的还有包括陆薇、律天华、胡亮兼、陈治言、欧颖诗、佐泓明在内的多位顾问及律师。
广悦所在新闻稿中表示，王敬律师拥有丰富的律师事务所管理经验，他的加入将带领广悦涉外律师团队快速成长，并将其打造成为粤港澳大湾区最优秀的涉外法律服务团队之一。
广悦目前拥有70余名执业律师。
Wang Jing & GH boosts GBA practices with launch of foreign-related legal team
Guangzhou-headquartered Wang Jing & GH Law Firm has launched a foreign-related legal service team with hire of Wang Jing, Wilson Wang, Franco Fornari, Zhao Shuo along with a team of 20 lawyers, aiming on updating its services in the Greater Bay Area.
The new team will be led by Wang Jing, who was the founding partner of top maritime firm Wang Jing & Co. and will join the new firm later this year as senior counsel. Wilson Wang and Franco Fornari, both came from Wang Jing & Co., will join as partners.
Wang Jing, who is an expert on maritime, focuses on maritime and admiralty, international trade, general corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, finance, domestic and foreign investment. He is especially adept in handling foreign related dispute resolution matters. In recent years, he has also expanded the field of family wealth inheritance, bankruptcy liquidation and company equity disputes.
Meanwhile Wilson Wang specializes on finance, M&A, international trade, L/C, cross-border investment, admiralty & maritime, insurance, commercial litigation and arbitration. His clients include international banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, shipping companies, P&I clubs, large SOEs and other multinational corporations.
Franco Fornari came from Italy and he focused on providing services to European and other foreign clients during his time in Wang Jing & Co. His practice areas include commercial and contract, dispute resolution, ADR, foreign investment strategy, intellectual property, labor and employment.
Another new-comer, Zhao Shuo, was joining from Zhong Lun Law Firm’s Shenzhen office. She focuses on intellectual property and anti-unfair competition, with inter-disciplinary skills in law and technology. She advices on industries of medicine, chemistry, mechanism, communications, electronics, software, game and entertainment.
The new team also includes Vera Lu, Valentino Lucini, Eloisa Hu, Eric Chen, Alicia Ou, Nicola Caiazzo and other counsels and associates.
Wang Jing & GH states in one press release that with Wang Jing’s abundant experience in law firm management, he will lead the new team to develop at a fast speed and help it become one of the best foreign-related legal service teams in the Greater Bay Area.
Wang Jing & GH currently has over seventy practicing lawyers.
