香港高李严律师行与上海华诚律师事务所正式开展联营，旨在扩展在中国内地和香港特区以及全球的法律服务。

高李严律师行成立于1987年，拥有40名律师，业务领域包括：公司和商业法，争议解决，香港雇佣法和商业移民法律服务，家事法，破产法，保险，知识产权法和税务咨询。

HK’s OLN, PRC’s Watson & Band in association

Hong Kong law firm Oldham, Li & Nie (OLN) and the PRC’s Watson & Band have entered into a formal association with the aim of assisting clients in mainland China, Hong Kong and globally.

Established in 1987, the 40-lawyer OLN has practice areas like corporate and commercial Law, dispute resolution, employment and business immigration law, family law, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property and tax advisory. 

Founded in 1995, the Shanghai-headquartered Watson & Band has more than 300 lawyers. Its other offices are in the Chinese cities of Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Suzhou, Harbin, Lanzhou, Yantai and Chizhou; and also Tokyo. Watson & Band’s practice areas cover intellectual property, Big Data law, foreign and domestic investment, corporate and commercial, financial and tax, securities law, employment, insolvency and bankruptcy, wealth management and family, anti-counterfeiting, fair trade practice and dispute resolution.  

The association will expand OLN’s China legal services offering and Watson & Band’s international coverage, helping the former penetrate the mainland Chinese network and strengthening the latter’s capability to deliver legal services on a global scale.
