4月20日，上海硅产业集团股份有限公司在科创板成功上市，共募集24. 12亿元资金。金杜律师事务所担任发行人律师，海通证券则担任保荐人。

根据金杜的一份新闻稿，沪硅产业成立于2015年12月，是中国内地规模最大的半导体硅片制造企业之一，主要从事半导体硅片的研发、生产和销售，产品终端应用涵盖移动通信、便携式设备等多个行业。

此次募集资金主要用于300mm硅片技术研发与产业化二期项目，并补充流动资金。

金杜团队此项目牵头合伙人为张明远、刘东亚、沈诚敏。

KWM on silicon company’s $341 mln STAR Market IPO

King & Wood Mallesons has advised National Silicon Industry Group (NSIG) on its $341 million initial public offering (IPO) on STAR Market, with Haitong Securities acting as the sole sponsor.

Founded in 2015 in Shanghai, NSIG is one of the largest semiconductor silicon wafer producers in mainland China. The company’s products are used in telecommunications and portable equipment industries. The proceeds will be used for the research, development and commercialization of new silicon products.

The KWM team was led by partners Zhang Mingyuan, Liu Dongya and Shen Chengmin.
