泰和泰律师事务所近日正式设立了武汉办公室，这是泰和泰第21家分支机构，也是疫情后全国性大所在汉设立的第一家分支机构。

泰和泰告诉ALB，武汉办公室目前拥有30余名员工，其中包括10余名合伙人。武汉办主任为刘玉琼律师，她此前曾任湖北立丰律师事务所合伙人，她的执业领域是房地产与建设工程、公司商务与民商事争议解决，以及知识产权。

未来泰和泰武汉办将重点专注于建筑与房地产、PPP业务、刑事合规、金融证券、生态环保、公司商务、海事海商、知识产权、诉讼仲裁、涉外业务等领域。

“武汉办公室是泰和泰继南京办公室后在长江流域的又一重要布局，为泰和泰进一步加强与长江经济带的法律服务联动提供强大动力。”律所在一份新闻稿中评论道。

2019年，泰和泰刚刚与中瑞律师事务所正式完成整合，合并成为泰和泰新北京办公室；去年9月和10月，泰和泰则相继开设了西宁和南京办公室。

Tahota first to open new office in Wuhan since COVID-19 outbreak

Chengdu-based Tahota Law Firm has opened a new office in Wuhan, which is the firm’s twenty first branch and the first new office set up by a nationwide law firm in the COVID-19 epidemic center since the outbreak.

Tahota tells ALB that the new office now has a headcount of more than thirty people, including around ten partners. The office will be led by partner Wang Yuqiong, who previously worked at local Lifeng Law Firm as a partner and specializes on real estate and construction, corporate issues, civil and commercial dispute resolution and intellectual property.

The new office will focus on construction and real estate, PPP, criminal compliance, securities and finance, ecology and environment protection, corporate, maritime, intellectual property, dispute resolution and foreign-related legal issues.

“This is our second move along the Yangtze River after the setting up of the Nanjing office,” the firm comments in one press release.

Tahota has merged with Beijing Zhongrui Law Firm last year and has subsequently set up a new Beijing office. It also opened Xining and Nanjing offices in last September and October, respectively.
