5月19日，光伏电站投资运营商晶科科技在上交所主板成功上市，共募集约24.2亿元资金。君合律师事务所担任发行人律师，中信建投担任保荐人及主承销商。

根据君合的一份新闻稿，晶科科技为光伏发电行业第一家通过IPO方式登陆A股市场的企业。这也是自今年1月底来，第一家在上交所恢复现场敲锣的企业。

创立于2011年，晶科科技是一家光伏电站投资运营商和光伏电站EPC承包商，目前已在浙江、江苏、河北、安徽、宁夏、青海等20多个省份建成了光伏电站。此次募资将用于投资屋顶分布式光伏发电项目及偿还银行贷款等。

君合团队牵头合伙人为余永强、陈贵阳律师，项目同时得到合伙人刘鑫律师协助。

JunHe on first photovoltaic industry IPO on A-share market

JunHe has advised photovoltaic power station operator Jinko Power Technology on $341 million Shanghai Stock Exchange initial public offering, with China Securities acting as the sole sponsor.

Jinko Power’s IPO is the first successful one from the photovoltaic industry. It is also the first company to hold a listing ceremony on site in more than two months since the outbreak of the COVID-19.

Founded in 2011, Jinko Power operates photovoltaic power stations and has set up such stations in more than twenty provinces across China. The IPO proceeds will be used for future projects and paying loans.

The JunHe team was led by partners Yu Yongqiang and Chen Guiyang, with assistance from partner Liu Xin.
