5月24日，韵达股份和德邦股份发布公告，韵达拟作为战略投资者，以6.14亿元认购德邦非公开发行股份。天元律师事务所在交易中为韵达股份提供了法律意见。

根据天元的一份新闻稿，认购完成后，韵达将持有德邦6.5%的股份，成为德邦第二大股东。本项目是中国证监会再融资新规颁布后，物流行业第一起上市公司通过定增引入战略投资者项目。

韵达股份、德邦股份分别是中国快递行业和大件快递行业龙头企业。就在4月底，韵达公布了2019年年报，其中显示阿里巴巴持股2%，已成为韵达第八大股东。

德邦在公告中显示，此次募资收益将用于升级转运中心智能设备，并建设IT 信息化系统。

Tian Yuan on strategic investment between China logistics heavyweights

Tian Yuan Law Firm has advised Alibaba-backed courier firm Yunda on its $86 million strategic investment into Deppon Express. With 6.5 percent stake, the deal will make Yunda the second-largest shareholder of Deppon.

As one of China’s largest delivery companies, Deppon is well known for its heavy parcel-delivery service. It says that the fund will be used for warehouse intelligent equipment upgrades and building its IT information system.

Its new investor, Yunda, has announced in April that Alibaba became a shareholder with a 2 percent stake.
