近日，上海乐高乐园度假区项目正式在沪签约，项目方包括上海市金山区人民政府、英国默林娱乐集团、丹麦乐高品牌集团、华人文化集团公司等，投资额为5.5亿美元。大成（上海）律师事务所代表上海金山城投为该项目的谈判和签约提供法律服务。

上海乐高乐园度假区位于金山区枫泾镇，将融合中国、上海文化以及江南特色的元素，由全球一流的创意、设计、建设团队运用声、光等多种技术，共同打造带有故事主题的沉浸式主题乐园。项目预计于2021年内开工建设，2024年初正式开园，届时将成为全球最大的乐高乐园度假区之一。

Dentons Shanghai acts on Shanghai Legoland Resort project's successful contract signing

Shanghai Legoland Resort project has officially signed in Shanghai, including Shanghai Jinshan District People's Government, the UK Merlin Entertainment Group, Denmark Lego Brand group, CMC Inc., with an investment of 550 million US dollars. Dentons (Shanghai) Law Firm provides legal services for the negotiation and signing of the project on behalf of Shanghai Jinshan Chengtou.

Shanghai Legoland Resort, located in Fengjing Town, Jinshan District, will integrate Chinese, Shanghai culture and characteristics of regions south of the Yangtze River, with the world's first-class creative, design, construction team using sound, light and other technologies, to jointly create an immersive theme park with a story theme. The project is expected to start construction in 2021 and officially open in early 2024, which will become one of the world's largest Legoland resort areas.
