Davis and Cleary led on cloud platform's $915mln NYEx IPO

Davis Polk & Wardwell and Jia Yuan Law Offices have advised on IoT cloud platform Tuya’s $915 million IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the underwriters. Tuya is the first listed IoT cloud platform in the world.
