雍禾医疗集团（雍禾植发）于6月17日正式向港交所递交招股说明书，拟主板挂牌上市。天元律师事务所、美迈斯律师事务所为发行人提供法律意见；竞天公诚律师事务所、达维律师事务所则担任联席保荐人律师。

雍禾植发始创于2005年，总部位于北京，提供包括毛发移植在内的毛发医疗服务。此次IPO完成后，雍禾植发将成为中国植发第一股。

Campbells担任发行人离岸律师。联席保荐人为摩根士丹利、中金公司。

O’Melveny and Davis Polk lead on Yonghe Hair Transplant’s planned IPO in Hong Kong

O’Melveny & Myers and Tian Yuan Law Firm are advising Chinese hair transplant company Yonghe Medical Group (Yonghe Hair Transplant) on its planned IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s main board, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 2005, the Beijing-headquartered Yonghe Hair Transplant specializes in providing hair-related healthcare services. After the listing, it will become the first hair transplant stock in China.

Campbells is the issuer’s offshore lawyer. The joint sponsors are Morgan Stanley and CICC.
