友邦保险集团近日投资120.33亿元认购中邮人寿24.99%投资后股权。君合律师事务所、德普律师事务所为友邦保险提供法律意见；高伟绅律师事务所则担任中邮人寿律师。

中邮人寿成立于2009年，总部位于北京，是中国邮政旗下国有全资寿险公司，专注于提供财务保障服务。友邦保险成立于1919年，总部位于中国香港，2010年在港交所上市。此次增资成功后，友邦保险将成为中邮人寿第二大股东。

CC, Debevoise lead on China Post Life’s 24.99% stake sale to AIA for $1.86 bln

Clifford Chance has advised China Post Life on the sale of a 24.99 percent stake for $1.86 billion to AIA Group Limited, which was advised by Debvoise Plimpton and Jun He.

Established in 2009, the Beijing-headquartered China Post Life is a subsidiary of China Post Group. It is a bank-affiliated life insurer providing financial protection in China. The Hong Kong-headquartered and listed AIA was established in 1919. Following the stake sale, AIA will become the second largest shareholder of China Post Life.
