第四范式智能技术股份有限公司近日向港交所递交招股书，拟赴港上市。君合律师事务所、达维律师事务所为其提供法律意见；通商律师事务所、美迈斯律师事务所则担任联席保荐人律师。

第四范式成立于2014年，总部位于北京，是一家人工智能技术与服务提供商，提供以平台为中心的人工智能解决方案。今年2月份，该公司完成了7亿美元D轮融资。

此次IPO的联席保荐人为高盛、中金公司。

Davis Polk and O'Melveny leading on Chinese AI unicorn’s planned IPO in Hong Kong

Davis Polk & Wardwell and JunHe are advising 4Paradigm, a Chinese artificial intelligence (AI) company, on its planned IPO in Hong Kong, with O'Melveny & Myers and Commerce & Finance Law Offices advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 2014, the Beijing-headquartered 4Paradigm provides AI technology-powered PaaS solutions. In this February, the company finished its $700 million Series D finance.

The joint sponsors are Goldman Sachs and CICC.
