总部位于北京的卓纬律师事务所已在深圳设立分所，并于近日正式开业，成为该所在全国范围内继去年11月成立海口分所后的第二家分支机构。

卓纬深圳分所未来将专注于金融市场、资本市场、知识产权、高科技及互联网、金融争议解决等业务领域，主要面向银行、信托、证券等金融市场和资本市场客户，以及涉及知识产权和数据合规、跨境业务的企业客户。

卓纬深圳分所由李宁梓律师担任执行合伙人，目前共有三位合伙人。

Boutique firm Chance Bridge launches its second branch in Shenzhen

The Beijing-headquartered boutique firm Chance Bridge has recently opened its Shenzhen branch, which is the firm’s second branch in China following the establishment of Haikou branch in November 2020.

The Shenzhen branch focuses on financial markets, capital markets, intelligence property (IP), high technology and Internet, and financial disputes resolution, targeting financial institutes like banks, trusts, securities, as well as corporate clients involved with IP and data compliance, and cross-border business.

The Shenzhen branch, which is led by executive partner Li Ningzi, now has three partners.
