卓纬律师事务所近日迎来公司业务律师宋晓然以合伙人身份加盟其北京总部。此前，宋律师执业于北京金台律师事务所，并曾在宝宝树、亚马逊、新浪等公司担任总法律顾问、法务等职务。

宋律师专注于股权投融资、上市重组、公司业务等，在私募融资、运营合规、数据隐私、反腐败、反不正当竞争、知识产权及争议解决等领域具有丰富的专业经验，涉及互联网、电子商务、云计算及科技等行业。

宋律师加盟后，卓纬北京总部共有25位合伙人。

Boutique firm Chance Bridge adds corporate partner in Beijing HQ

Chance Bridge has hired Song Xiaoran, a corporate lawyer, as a partner in its headquarter in Beijing from Jintai Law Firm. Prior to that, Song was the general counsel at Babytree.

Song’s practice focuses on equity investment and finance, IPO and restructuring, and corporate. She has experience in private equity, corporate compliance, data and privacy, anti-abruption, anti-unfair competition, intellectual property, and disputes resolution, involving new economy sectors like Internet, e-commerce and cloud computing.

The firm now has 25 partners in Beijing following the joining of Song.
