电动工具制造商泉峰控股近日在香港上市，募资约31.4亿港元。嘉源律师事务所、盛信律师事务所担任发行人律师；世泽律师事务所、苏利文·克伦威尔律师事务所则为联席保荐人提供法律意见。

泉峰控股成立于1994年，总部位于江苏南京，是一家电动工具及户外动力设备的全球供货商，专注于锂电池系统技术领域的创新。

嘉源团队主办人为高级合伙人张汶、王元、傅扬远、刘磊；世泽团队由合伙人刘洪川、温旖君牵头领导；盛信团队的牵头合伙人则为黄嘉信、高屹。

中金公司、花旗在此次IPO中担任联席保荐人。

STB, S&C led on Chervon’s $402 mln IPO in Hong Kong

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Jia Yuan Law Offices have advised Chervon Holdings, a Chinese outdoor power equipment (OPE) maker, on its $402 million IPO in Hong Kong, with Sullivan & Cromwell and Broad & Bright advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 1994, the Nanjing-headquartered Chervon Holdings is a supplier of electronic tools and OPE, with a focus on innovation of lithium battery technology.

The Jia Yuan team was led by senior partners Zhang Wen, Wang Yuan, Fu Yangyuan, and Liu Lei, with the Broad & Bright team led by partners Liu Hongchuan and Wen Yijun. The leading partners of the STB team were Christopher Wong and Yi Gao.

CICC and Citigroup acted as the joint sponsors in this IPO.
