2022年1月16日，道可特律师事务所与达晓律师事务所正式签约合并。

Beijing-based Docvit merges with Dare & Sure
On 16 Jan 2022, Beijing Docvit Law Firm and Dare & Sure Law Firm have officially signed for merger.
Established in 2003, the Beijing-headquartered Docvit adopts corporation management style and has set up offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Jinan, Taiyuan, Harbin, Haikou, Hong Kong SAR, London, New York, and Singapore since 2015. Orienting the high-end legal services, Docvit’s areas include corporate, dispute resolution, finance and capital market, real estate and infrastructure, intellectual property, international investment and construction, competition and anti-trust, and tax. Docvit has won multiple awards including “National Excellent Law Firm” and “Excellent Law Firm of Beijing” since its establishment.
Dare & Sure, also headquartered in Beijing, was established in 2014. It provides legal services in intellectual property, administrative compliance, as well as competition and anti-trust. Dare & Sure’s clients are mainly national ministries and commissions, and leading companies in industries like high-technology, Internet, medicine, telecommunication, and automobile. The firm is known for its client-oriented professional services which combine legal and business.
Docvit and Dare & Sure have both been selected in multiple rankings by ALB and other international legal media. The two firms said in a press release: “Docvit has extensive experience and excellent reputation in major civil and commercial dispute resolution, finance and capital market, real estate and infrastructure, and international affairs… Dare & Sure is well-known for its professional advantages in the areas of intellectual property, administrative compliance, and competition and anti-trust.”
This is the latest law firm merger in 2022 since the Shaanxi-based Silkroad Law Firm merged with Beijing-based Anchorite and Sage Law Office and Han Kun Law Offices merged with Shanghai Young-Ben Law Firm, both at the beginning of January. Liu Guangchao, the Director of Docvit, said in the press release: “After the merger, Docvit will grow to a larger size, enrich the service areas, and improve the partner structure. We will become stronger with more competitive edges.”
