过去两年，伴随香港法律服务市场的演化，已经有越来越多中国内地律所进驻。根据香港律师会网站数据，目前有14家内地律所香港办公室已取得香港本地牌照、29家在香港注册为外地律师行。

总部位于北京的道可特律师事务所则成为了最新一家成立香港办公室的内地所，这也成为了其全球范围内设立的第十家办公室。

据悉，道可特香港办公室将主要聚焦跨境诉讼和执行、家族信托、跨境重组并购、债券基金、海外上市等业务领域。

道可特在一份新闻稿中表示，香港办公室的成立标志着其在粤港澳大湾区服务网络的进一步完善和国际化服务体系的进一步拓展。

DOCVIT launches Hong Kong office

Over the past two years, Hong Kong's legal services market has witnessed a surge in the number of mainland Chinese law firms establishing a presence in the city. 

According to the Law Society of Hong Kong, there are currently 14 mainland law firms whose Hong Kong offices have obtained local licenses and an additional 29 registered as foreign law firms.

One of the latest entrants is DOCVIT Law Firm, a Beijing-headquartered legal practice that has recently launched a new office in Hong Kong, marking its 10th branch globally. 

The Hong Kong office will focus on a wide range of practice areas, including cross-border litigation and enforcement, family trusts, cross-border restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, bond funds, overseas listings, and other business matters.

In a press release, DOCVIT addressed the significance of this expansion, stating that the establishment of the Hong Kong office marks a further improvement of its service network in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and the further expansion of its internationalized service system.
