汉坤律师事务所近日迎来投资基金专家赵培律师加盟其北京办公室。此前，赵律师在另一家中国律所担任合伙人，并曾在2009年至2020年执业于美国谢尔曼·思特灵律师事务所的亚洲基金团队和并购团队。

赵律师在基金设立及基金投资相关业务领域拥有超过10年的执业经验。她经办各种类型的基金交易，在基金设立领域代表过亚洲和中国的众多基金发起人，针对各种类型的私募股权基金、风险投资基金、共同投资基金、项目基金、母基金为客户提供结构设计、设立、重组和运营方面的法律服务。此外，她还为基金发起人和管理人提供各种监管、合规方面的建议，并在基金的运营过程中就基金份额转让、投资人违约、共同投资、员工激励计划、管理公司结构设计和重组等事项提供咨询。

这是汉坤继2月初迎来生命科学和医疗健康领域专家顾泱律师后的最新一起引入。

Han Kun adds investment funds expert in Beijing

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Zhao Pei, an expert in investment funds, in its Beijing office from a Chinese law firm, where she was a partner. Zhao had also practiced in Shearman & Sterling’s asset management group and M&A group from 2009 to 2020.

With over ten years of experience in fund formation and fund investment-related areas, Zhao represents many sponsors in China and other Asian regions in fund formation and advises clients on structuring, formation, restructuring, and operation of various types of private equity funds, venture capital funds, co-investment funds, project funds, and fund of funds.  In addition, she advises fund sponsors and managers on regulatory and compliance issues and advises fund sponsors and investors on ongoing fund operational matters, including transfers, investor defaults, co-investments, employee incentive plans, and structuring and restructuring of management company.

This is Han Kun’s latest hire since adding Aaron Gu, a life science and healthcare expert, earlier in February.
