Our client is an international hi-tech company with a long history in the China market. This is a newly created position with a focus on corporate and commercial working content within a midsize legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial negotiation or M&A experience, commercial IP licensing experience would be a big plus. The ideal candidate should come from a reputable international law firm with overseas and China bar. Previous in-house experience is not required.
