Leading offshore law firm, with a strong presence in Asia, seeks a finance lawyer to work within a friendly and dynamic team on an extremely diverse spectrum of BVI, Cayman and Bermuda finance law matters.  You will advise on all aspects of general banking, fund finance, private credit, capital markets, structured finance, special situations, derivatives, aviation finance and corporate finance transactions, including private equity co-investment platforms

The successful candidate will have strong general banking experience, or structure finance experience, acquired within a leading onshore or offshore law firm and between 3 to 6 years of PQE.  You will be admitted within a commonwealth jurisdiction and will be committed to building your career in Singapore.
