华商律师事务所近日获批成立华商（兰州）律师事务所（以下简称“兰州分所”），成为该所继西安之后在西北地区设立的第二家分所。

华商兰州分所主要服务领域包括投融资、破产与不良债权、国企、政府法律顾问、刑事、婚姻家事、上市与债券等。目前，兰州分所有执业律师20余名，由合伙人何康生律师担任负责人。

华商在一份新闻稿中表示：“兰州分所的设立，一方面有助于兰州西部大开发的战略的实施建设，另一方面是实现跨域高效合作，把握新欧亚大陆发展的重要契机。”

China Commercial Law Firm sets up Lanzhou branch

China Commercial Law Firm has set up a branch in Lanzhou, becoming the firm’s second branch in North-western China since Xi’an.

The Lanzhou branch mainly focuses on investment and finance, bankruptcy and non-performing loan, state-owned enterprises, government legal affairs, criminal, marriage and family law, and IPO and bonds. Led by partner He Kangsheng, the branch now has around 20 lawyers.

China Commercial says in a statement: “The establishment of Lanzhou branch helps the implementation of western development strategies, and also can realize an efficient cooperation across regions and grasp important opportunities for development in Eurasian continent.”
