徐姗姗律师专注于海事海商、保险、海洋工程、国际贸易和物流领域的法律服务，拥有近十九年处理海事海商保险案件的丰富实务和法律经验。加入华商之前，她曾在上海格联律师事务所工作。

周律师专注于投融资并购和公司法领域，擅长基于商业和司法实践设计实用的交易方案和起草交易文件。加入华商之前，他曾在植德律师事务所工作。

万律师专注于跨境投资、公司法和并购事务。她曾在荷兰和德国生活工作十余年，加入华商之前，她曾任荷兰昊博律师事务所大中华区代表和亚洲区代表。

徐磊律师的专业领域为公司挂牌上市、股权结构搭建、股权交易安排、企业预重整、企业税务行政诉讼实务、商事合同纠纷诉讼与仲裁。加入华商之前，他曾任某挂牌上市企业董事长。

张律师专注于企业/家族出海架构及落地服务、公司治理、股权架构、投融资、民商事争议解决等业务领域。加入华商之前，她曾在上海达尧律师事务所工作。

这是华商今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

China Commercial adds experts in Shanghai office

China Commercial Law Firm has recently added experts Xu Shanshan as a senior partner, and Zhou Hongbin, Wan Yang, Xu Lei, Zhang Wenjia as partners in its Shanghai office.

Xu Shanshan specializes in legal services in the fields of admiralty, insurance, ocean engineering, international trade and logistics, and has nearly nineteen years of practical and legal experience in handling admiralty and maritime insurance cases. Prior to joining China Commercial, she worked at Glinks Law Firm.

Zhou focuses on investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, specializing in designing practical transaction solutions and drafting transaction documents based on commercial and judicial practices. Prior to joining China Commercial, he worked at Merits & Tree Law Offices.

Wan specializes in cross-border investments, corporate law, and M&A. She lived and worked in the Netherlands and Germany for over a decade. From mid-2014 to early 2024, Yang was with Houthoff, a top-tier Dutch law firm, where she held various positions, including Greater China Representative and Asia Representative.

Xu Lei specializes in corporate listing, equity structure construction, equity transaction arrangement, corporate pre-reorganization, corporate tax and administrative litigation practice, and commercial contract dispute litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining China Commercial, he was the chairman of a listed company.

Zhang specializes in corporate/family offshore structuring and landing services, corporate governance, shareholding structure, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. Prior to joining China Commercial, she worked at Dayao Law Firm.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
