A tech connectivity provider with a global footprint is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel and a Senior Legal Counsel to join its established, global legal team. You will be in for an exciting career with lots of opportunities to develop and grow.

Your new role
As the Associate Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel, you will be the primary commercial lawyers in the APAC region. You will act as a trusted business partner to the commercial teams in an international, technical and highly regulated environment and provide pro-active, value-added legal support on commercial matters to enable deals. You will actively advise and counsel on legal issues, including risk assessment and avoidance as well as on strategic commercial initiatives. You will also provide support and guidance on other legal matters and backup deal support to other regions on an as-needed basis.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have: excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills; the ability and confidence to exercise good judgment, especially with respect to risk/liability assessment and mitigation; the ability to work as a team player across multi-function, multi-level and multi-cultural groups; the ability to be flexible and adaptable; and work experience within in-house or private practice settings of at least 2 years for the Associate role and at least 5 years for the Senior role.
