贝壳控股有限公司近日在香港联交所主板以介绍方式完成双重主要上市。汉坤律师事务所、富而德律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所担任发行人律师，竞天公诚律师事务所、达维律师事务所则为联席保荐人提供法律意见。
贝壳成立于2017年，总部位于天津，是房产交易和服务平台。2020年8月，贝壳在美国纽交所上市。
富而德团队由合伙人高育贤律师、易卫忠律师牵头；达维团队则由合伙人何鲤律师、罗嘉诚律师领导。
衡力斯在该项目中担任离岸律师，其团队由合伙人黄晓娴律师领导，并由合伙人罗孝琪律师提供支持。
高盛、中金公司在该项目中担任联席保荐人。
Freshfields, Skadden, D&P led on KE Holdings’ dual primary listing in Hong Kong
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Han Kun Law Offices have advised KE Holdings, a New York-listed Chinese company, on its dual primary listing in Hong Kong by way of introduction, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the joint sponsor.
Established in 2017, the Tianjin-headquartered KE is a platform for property transactions and services. In August 2020, the company launched its IPO in New York.
The Freshfields team was led by partners Teresa Ko and David Yi, with the Davis Polk team led by partners He Li and Martin Rogers.
Harney Westwood & Riegels acted as the issuer’s offshore lawyer. Its team was led by partner Calamus Huang, who was supported by partner Vicky Lord.
Goldman Sachs and CICC served as the joint sponsor in this listing.
