达辉律师事务所近日迎来跨境并购及合规业务专家强国兴律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，强律师曾在安理国际律师事务所（Allen & Overy）执业近八年。

强律师在并购、外商直接投资、合规等领域具有近20年的跨法域执业经验，长期为先进制造、TMT、医药、能源化工、矿业、房地产、会展、投资银行、私募基金等诸多行业的多家跨国公司和国内企业提供专业法律服务。他近期在多个跨国公司并购项目中就外商投资安全审查事宜提供法律意见。此外，强律师还擅长协助中国企业进行境外投资，曾为中国矿产、能源企业收购南美、欧洲、非洲价值数十亿美元资产的项目提供法律服务。

这是继今年1月卢琼、杨政炜两位合伙人加盟达辉后，该所再次扩充跨境并购和合规业务团队。此外，达辉今年还迎来了资本市场业务合伙人郭倢欣、贡嘉文律师，以及劳动法及合规调查业务合伙人陈俊豪律师的加盟。

DaHui adds cross-border M&A and compliance partner in Beijing

Dahui Lawyers has hired Richard Qiang, an expert in cross-border M&A and compliance, as a partner in its Beijing office from Allen & Overy, where he was worked for nearly eight years.

Qiang has 20 years of multi-jurisdiction experience in M&A, foreign direct investment, and compliance. He has served a number of multinational companies and domestic enterprises in a range of industries including advanced manufacturing, TMT, medicine, energy and chemistry, mining, real estate, exhibition, investment bank, and private equity. His most recent experiences involve a number of cross-border M&A projects, where he advised on foreign investment security review. Qiang is also familiar with China domestic enterprises’ outbound investment, having provided legal services for several Chinese mineral and energy enterprises on acquisitions of assets worth billions of dollars in South America, Europe, and Africa.

This is DaHui’s latest expansion of its cross-border and compliance team since adding partners Lucy Lu and Zhengwei Yang in January. Additionally, the firm has also added capital markets partners Greg Guo and Jiawen Gong, as well as labour law and compliance investigation partner Joon Ho Tan this year.
