近日，安理律师事务所海口办公室正式开业，成为该所在全国范围内的第12家分支机构。

安理海口办公室由合伙人林建才律师担任执委会主任。该办公室的业务领域包括公司和政府法律顾问、刑事辩护和代理、民商事争议和仲裁案件解决、房地产、建设工程与基础设施、银行与金融、国际贸易、知识产权、行政代理服务等。

安理在一份新闻稿中表示：“（海口办公室将）充分发挥在资本市场法律服务领域的传统优势，扎根海南自由贸易港法律服务市场，为客户提供多元化法律服务”。

Anli opens office in Haikou, South China

Anli Partners’ Haikou office has recently officially opened, becoming the firm’s 12th branch in domestic China.

Led by partner Lin Jiancai, Anli’s Haikou office provides legal services in a range of areas, including corporate and government, criminal defence, civil and commercial dispute resolution, real estate, construction and infrastructure, banking and finance, international business, intellectual property, and administrative law.

The firm said in a press release: “(Haikou office) will give full play to their advantage in capital markets, and based on the market of Hainan Free Trade Port, they will provide clients with diversified legal services.”
