奋迅律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家、前合伙人杨颖菲律师的回归。她将驻该所北京办公室执业。此前，杨律师就职于Puman Capital，担任合伙人兼首席运营官。

杨律师于2011年加入奋迅。她在股权资本市场和债务资本市场交易、境内外证券发行、中国企业上市、上市公司的收购和重组、对外直接投资，以及一般公司事务方面拥有丰富的执业经验，涉及行业包括消费品、TMT、金融、制造业等。2020年，杨律师加入Puman Capital。

杨律师回归后，奋迅北京办公室共有21位合伙人，其中包括分别于去年12月、8月加盟的张宏律师和胡光健律师。

FenXun welcomes back cap markets partner in Beijing from investment fund

FenXun Partners, Baker McKenzie's joint operation partner in China, has welcomed back capital markets expert Yang Yingfei as a partner in Beijing from Puman Capital, where she was chief operating officer.

Yang began her career at FenXun in 2011. She has extensive experience in equity capital markets and debt capital markets transactions, domestic and overseas securities offerings, listings of Chinese enterprises, acquisition and reorganization of listed companies, FDI and general corporate matters, involving industries like consumer, TMT, financial services, and manufacturing. In 2020, she joined Puman Capital.

Following the returning of Yang, FenXun’s Beijing office now has 21 partners, including Zhang Hong and Ada Hu, who joined last year.
