隶属于四大会计师事务所全球法律网络的中国律师事务所或已全部退出四大联盟，并且已有多家律所注销了执业证。近期市场上多宗招聘也显示，曾经从业于四大旗下律所的律师纷纷加盟他所。ALB梳理了相关律所、律师的最新情况。
毕马威 - 上海睿威律师事务所
成立于2019年12月，根据上海市司法局官网信息，该所已于今年8月提出注销申请。
余承志律师：曾任该所首席合伙人，目前就职于大成上海；
吴旭青律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于大成上海；
赵苗律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于竞天公诚律师事务所；
吴永胜律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前任职为天境生物Senior IP Director；
罗凯天律师：曾任该所顾问，目前创业开设了北京普然律师事务所；
安永 - 上海市瑛明律师事务所
根据公众号“四大新鲜事儿”消息，该所曾于去年12月公告终止与安永的战略合作关系，并退出安永全球组织，不过该公告目前已不可考。上海市司法局官网显示，该所已于今年7月申请注销。
林忠律师：曾任该所管理合伙人，目前创业开设了上海瓴德律师事务；
陈志军律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于中伦律师事务所；
江浩雄律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于中伦律师事务所；
李兴律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于上海磐明律师事务所；
樊永强律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于上海市君悦(深圳)律师事务所；

根据上述微信公号消息，勤理曾于2021年12月发布公告正式退出 Deloitte Legal Global Network，不过该公告目前已不可考。上海市司法局官网显示，该所已于今年8月申请注销。

陈朕律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于汉坤律师事务所；
陆易律师：曾任该所合伙人，目前就职于国枫律师事务所上海办公室；
葛向阳律师：曾任该所全国法律服务协同主管合伙人，目前就职于君合律师事务所；
蒋利众律师：曾任该所重庆办公室合伙人，目前就职于中伦律师事务所重庆办公室；
普华永道 - 瑞栢律师事务所、信栢律师事务所
瑞栢、信栢分别是普华永道在北京和上海的律所网络成员。据悉瑞栢曾于去年10月公告正式退出 PwC global legal network，不过该公告目前已不可靠。信栢则于今年7月向在上海提交了注销申请。

Big 4 exist legal businesses from China with partners moving to various firms
The “big four” accounting firms’ affiliate law firms in China have all seemingly exited the China market since last year and several of them have canceled registrations in Shanghai. Partners and senior lawyers are already making fresh starts at different law firms as shown by recent lateral hire news in the market.
KPMG - Shanghai SF Lawyers
Founded in December, 2019, the firm has already canceled its registration in Shanghai back in this August.
Paula Yu, the firm’s chief partner, has moved to Dentons Shanghai;
Wu Xuqing, the firm’s partner, also moved to Dentons Shanghai;
Echo Zhao, the firm’s partner, has moved to Jingtian & Gongcheng;
Rocky Wu, the firm’s partner, has moved to biotech company I-Mab as senior IP director;
Luo Kaitian, the firm’s counsel, has moved to found his own firm, Beijing Puran Law Firm.
EY - Chen & Co. Law Firm
According to local media, the firm has announced the end of its strategic cooperation with EY and exited EY’s global network in last November, but the source could not be confirmed as the firm’s website has ceased to operate. The firm canceled its registration in Shanghai this July.

According to local media, the firm has announced its exit from Deloitte Legal Global Network in last December, but the source could not be confirmed as the firm’s website has ceased to operate. The firm canceled its registration in Shanghai this August.

Cody Chen, the firm’s partner, also moved to Han Kun Law Offices;
Clare Lu, the firm’s partner, has moved to Grandway Law Offices;
Ge Xiangyang, the firm’s international partner, has moved to JunHe;
Jiang Lizhong, the firm’s partner in Chongqing, has moved to Zhong Lun’s Chongqing office;
PwC - Rui Bai Law Firm & Xin Bai Law Firm
Rui Bai and Xin Bai were PwC’s affiliate firms in Beijing and Shanghai, respectively. According to local media, Rui Bai has announced its exit from PwC global legal network in last October, which could not be confirmed. Xin Bai canceled its registration in Shanghai this July.
