阳光保险集团股份有限公司（以下简称“阳光保险”）近日在香港上市，募资逾8亿美元。该项目或将成为今年香港联交所发行规模第四大IPO，也是近10年来第一宗境内综合性保险集团香港IPO。

通商律师事务所、高伟绅律师事务所担任发行人律师，金杜律师事务所、年利达律师事务所则为联席保荐人及承销商的提供法律服务。

阳光保险成立于2005年，是一家中国民营保险服务集团，旗下业务涵盖财产保险、人寿保险、信用保证保险等多项服务领域。

金杜团队由合伙人苏峥、李元媛领导。高伟绅团队由由中国区联席管理合伙人王彦峰、合伙人方刘和向天宁领导。年利达团队由公司业务合伙人叶敬华及资本市场业务部合伙人李家栋牵头领导。

该项目中的联席保荐人为华泰国际，中金，瑞银及建银国际。

CC, Linklaters led on Sunshine Insurance’s $863 mln IPO

Clifford Chance and Commerce & Finance have advised Sunshine Insurance Group on its $863 mln IPO in Hong Kong, with KWM and Linklaters advising the joint sponsors.

Founded in 2005, Sunshine Insurance is a privately owned Chinese insurance services group whose business covers property insurance, life insurance, credit guarantee insurance etc. 

The project is the first Hong Kong IPO of a domestic comprehensive insurance group in the past 10 years and may become the fourth largest IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2022.

KWM’s team was led by partners Su Zheng and Li Yuanyuan.

The CC team was led by China co-managing partner Tim Wang and partners Fang Liu in Hong Kong and Tianning Xiang in Beijing.

The Linklaters team was led by partners Christopher Yip and Lipton Li.

The joint sponsors included Huatai Financial, CICC, UBS and CCBI.
