近日，太古地产有限公司（太古地产）以总代价人民币55.5亿元从远洋集团控股有限公司（远洋集团）收购于成都远洋太古里的剩余的 50%权益。

据悉，成都远洋太古里目前由太古地产和远洋集团各自拥有50%的权益。本次交易，司力达律师事务所为太古地产提供了全程的法律服务，普衡律师事务所则为远洋集团提供法律服务。

司力达团队由香港办事处合伙人钟慕贞、合伙人杨蔼欣领导。

普衡团队由合伙人林慧文领导。

Slaughter and May, Paul Hastings Advises Swire Properties on its acquisition with Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu

Slaughter and May is advising Swire Properties Limited (“Swire Properties”) on its proposed acquisitions of the remaining 50% interests in Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu from Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited (“SOG”) for a total consideration of RMB5,550 million. And Paul Hastings advises Sino-Ocean Group in the sale.

According to Slaughter and May, Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu is currently owned as to 50% by each of Swire Properties and SOG.

The Slaughter and May team is led by its Hong Kong office partner Lisa Chung and Natalie Yeung.
