近日，太盟投资集团旗下投资公司Falcon Holding LP以约13.72亿元的总对价收购山东凤祥股份有限公司（山东凤祥）70.92%的股份。

太盟投资是亚洲最大的独立另类投资管理集团之一，其涉及的消费零售项目包括优然牧业、奈雪的茶、%Arabica等。

山东凤祥是中国白羽鸡肉出口商及鸡肉食品零售企业，其 H 股于香港联交所主板上市。

Baker McKenzie advised CMB International Capital Limited, the financial adviser to the offeror, Falcon Holding LP (Falcon), in connection with its acquisition of approximately 70.92% shareholding in Shandong Fengxiang Co., Ltd. (Shandong Fengxiang).

PAG Capital Limited is one of the largest independent investment management groups in Asia, with a portfolio of consumer retail projects including Youran Dairy, Nayuki, %Arabica, etc.

Shandong Fengxiang is a white-feathered broiler meat exporter and retail enterprise of chicken meat food in China. It's H shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
