近日，美国戴宏毅律师事务所正式合并到浩天律师事务所，改名为浩天旧金山律师事务所。至此，总部位于北京的浩天律师事务所正式落子旧金山，成为该所自香港办公室后的第2家境外分支机构。

戴宏毅律师事务所是旧金山当地知名的律师事务所，拥有丰富的法律服务经验。

浩天旧金山办公室的服务领域涵盖了家族财富管理与传承、信托法律、商业法律、公司业务、移民法律、民事诉讼、不动产法律等。

浩天在一份新闻稿中表示，本次合并是其全球范围业务不断扩大的需求，也是该所在美国加州扩张战略的重要举措。

Hylands opens in San Francisco

Recently, Beijing-based law firm Hylands Law Firm has launched an international office in San Francisco, which is the firm’s 2nd oversea branch after its Hong Kong office.

The new office opening followed the firm’s merger with a U.S. firm, Law Offices of Andrew H. Dai, which has been renamed Hylands San Francisco Law Office.

Law Offices Of Andrew H. Dai is a boutique firm located in burlingame, serving clients in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.  

The firm’s new office will focus on family wealth management and inheritance, trust law, civil litigation and real estate law.

Hylands addressed in a release that the merger is a requirement for its expanding global reach and is an important step in the firm's expansion strategy in California.
