近日,沙特阿拉伯石油公司(沙特阿美)以约36 亿美元的价格收购荣盛石化股份有限公司(荣盛石化)10% 的股权。沙特阿美及其子公司与荣盛石化及其子公司签署了一系列协议,其中包括沙特阿美将向荣盛石化及其子公司提供每日48万桶的长期稳定的原油供应。
该项目中,方达律师事务所、伟凯律师事务所为沙特阿美提供法律服务;国浩律师事务所、天册律师事务所则为荣盛石化提供法律服务。

沙特阿美是一家具有多年历史的综合国际石油集团,是世界最大的一体化能源和化工公司,也是世界最大的石油公司,主要从事石油勘探、开发、生产、炼制、运输和销售等业务,并已于2019年在沙特证券交易所上市。
荣盛石化持有浙江石油化工有限公司51% 的股权,后者拥有并经营着中国国内最大的炼油化工一体化联合装置,该公司已于2010年在深圳证券交易所上市。
这并不是沙特阿美近期的唯一交易。3月26日,沙特阿美也已与北方华锦化学工业集团公司和盘锦鑫诚实业集团签署合资公司的最终协议,沙特阿美将持有30%的合资公司股权。
White & Case, Fangda advises Saudi Aramco in investing billions in Chinese Petrochemicals
Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) has acquired a 10 percent interest in China’s Rongsheng Petrochemical Co. Ltd (Rongsheng), a purchase valued at $3.6 billion.
Under a long-term sales agreement, Aramco will supply 480,000 barrels per day to Rongsheng affiliate Zhejiang Petroleum and Chemical Co. Ltd., which owns and operates China's largest refining and chemicals complex.
White & Case and Fangda Partners provide legal advice to Aramco, with Grandall Law Firm and T&C Law Firm advising Rongsheng in the project.

Aramco is the world's largest integrated energy and chemical company and the world's largest oil company engaged in oil exploration, development, production, refining, and transportation. The company has been listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange in 2019.
Rongsheng holds a 51% equity interest in Zhejiang Petrochemicals Company Limited, which owns and operates the largest integrated refining and chemical complex in China. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010.
This is not the only transaction made by Aramco recently. The company has announced plans to construct a new refinery and petrochemical complex in northeastern China through a joint venture on March 26. Aramco, which holds a 30 percent stake in the Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Company, would supply 210,000 barrels per day of crude to the complex.
