汤森路透《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）荣幸宣布，我们将聚焦市场上顶尖的新科技企业法务团队，启动2023 ALB China十五佳新科技公司法务团队评选活动。此次评选将呈现十五家具有新科技代表性的公司法务团队及他们出色的工作，调研结果将刊登在2023年9月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

调研内容

• 法务团队提交报名表格，参与者需为常驻中国大陆的具有新科技代表性的公司法务团队；
• ALB邀请律师填写一份网上问卷，推荐他们心中出色的新科技企业法务团队。问卷内容我们会为提交者保密；
• 我们会参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

评选标准

• 公司代表的新科技及法务团队的工作在其中的贡献：

a.参与及完成的重要交易/项目；直接为公司的发展或利润做出贡献;

b.赢得的仲裁/诉讼，从而保护公司免遭财务或声誉损失;

c.以创新方式深度参与公司运营，促进合规水平提升;

• 根据团队规模考察工作的多样性和复杂性;
• 公司业务部门对法务团队工作的评价；
• 其他成绩（如在教育、公益法律服务、慈善事业等方面的成绩）。

Thomson Reuters Asian Legal Business (ALB) is pleased to announce that we will continue to focus on the outstanding work from the new economy in-house teams, and the submission for 2023 ALB China Top 15 New Technology In-House Teams is open now. ALB hopes to present 15 outstanding legal teams from new technology companies and their amazing work. The research results will be published in ALB China Issue in September.

The research will be conducted through the following aspects:

• Self-nomination forms from the new technology companies' in-house teams which are based in mainland China. The team can fill out the submission form and hand it in to the research team at TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com.
• Private practice lawyers in China are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend in-house teams for the ranking. Responses will be kept anonymous.
• We will also take into account peer commentary, market feedback and ALB editorial input. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.

Some of the key qualities we are looking for are:

• New technology and contribution of the legal team of enterprise representatives:

a. Participate in and complete important transactions/projects; directly contribute to the development or profits of the company;

b. Arbitration/litigation won to protect the company from financial or reputational damage;

c. Deeply participate in the company's operation in an innovative way to promote the level of compliance

• Diversity and complexity of the work based on the size of the team;
• Feedback on the in-house team’s work from business partners
• Awards and accolades
