安杰世泽律师事务所近日迎来邓艳艳、匡衡、韦雪萍、杨东洋律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳、南京、厦门办公室。

邓艳艳律师将加入安杰世泽深圳办公室，她曾在国内知名的大型上市公司担任内部法务职务，在公司内部法律风险管控、公司常见类型合同审核、知识产权管理等领域累积了丰富的经验。

同样将加入深圳办公室的还有匡衡律师，他的主要执业领域为婚姻家事和财富管理，曾先后就职于多家行业领先的上市公司和合资企业法律合规部门。

韦雪萍律师将加入安杰世泽南京办公室，她擅长跨境投资和并购、国际诉讼和仲裁、国际贸易、公司合规、争议解决等领域。加入前，韦律师曾在江苏东银律师事务所工作。

杨东洋律师则将加入安杰世泽厦门办公室，他的主要执业领域为跨境投资和贸易、海商海事、国际仲裁和诉讼。杨律师曾在敬海律师事务所担任合伙人。

安杰世泽在一份新闻稿中表示，四位合伙人的加入进一步增强了律所的专业实力，为其稳健发展注入了新的能量和创造力。

这是安杰世泽今年引入的第四批合伙人级别律师。

Anjie Broad adds four partners in Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Xiamen

Anjie Broad Law Firm has recently added four experts, Deng Yanyan, Kuang Heng, Wei Xueping, and Mark Yang, as partners to its Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Xiamen offices.

Deng has worked as an in-house counsel in several major listed companies in China. Deng specializes in internal legal risk management and intellectual property management. She will join Anjie Broad in Shenzhen.

Kuang is also joining the firm in Shenzhen. He focuses on matrimonial and family matters and wealth management-related services, and he has worked in the legal compliance departments of several leading listed companies and joint ventures.

Wei will join Anjie Broad’s Nanjing office. She specializes in cross-border investment and M&A, international litigation and arbitration, international trade, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution. Before joining Anjie Broad, Wei worked at Jiangsu Dongyin Law Firm.

Meanwhile, Yang will be joining the Xiamen office. He has 15 years of experience in foreign-related legal services, with a focus on cross-border investment and trade, maritime and marine, and international arbitration and litigation. Before joining Anjie Broad, Yang was a partner at Wang Jing & Co.

Anjie Broad addressed in a press release that the addition of the four partners will further strengthen the firm's professional strength and contribute to its steady growth.

This is the fourth batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
