道可特律师事务所近日迎来四位专家路勇、宋亨、聂京祥、任自兵律师加盟其北京、天津办公室。
聂律师将加入道可特天津办公室，他拥有丰富的复杂民商事争议解决和刑事案件代理经验，专注于建设工程、刑事业务、争议解决等领域的研究。加入道可特之前，聂律师曾在击水律师事务所工作。
道可特天津办公室还迎来了任律师的加盟，他的主要业务领域包括企业破产重整、企业风险规避与控制、不良资产处置、金融领域以及民商事诉讼及执行等。加入道可特之前，任律师曾在公安系统任职多年。
路律师将加入道可特北京办公室，他深耕知识产权领域，在专利诉讼、专利无效、技术合同争议、民商事争议解决与仲裁、商标授权确权和争议解决、著作权争议解决、不正当竞争纠纷、商业秘密保护及争议解决等领域有多年从业经验。加入道可特之前，路律师曾在铸成律师事务所工作。
除法律专业建设之外，律所的创新发展和管理运营方面也同样至关重要。因此，与路律师一样加入道可特北京办公室的还有宋亨先生，他将出任律所管理运营合伙人。宋亨先生曾在国内某法律科技平台律师中心担任负责人，亦曾任法律服务行业某媒体咨询机构合伙人。在加入道可特之前， 宋亨先生曾在周泰律师事务所担任事业发展总监。
DOCVIT adds four partners in Beijing, Tianjin
DOCIVT Law Firm has recently welcomed new partners, namely Kim Lu, Song Heng, Nie Jingxiang, and Ren Zibing, to its Beijing and Tianjin offices.
Nie, an experienced lawyer handling complex civil and commercial disputes, criminal cases, and dispute resolutions, will join DOCVIT's Tianjin office. His primary focus areas are construction engineering, criminal practice, and dispute resolution. Before joining DOCVIT, Nie worked at Jishui Law Firm.
Ren will also be joining DOCVIT's Tianjin office. He specialises in corporate bankruptcy and reorganisation, corporate risk management, non-performing asset disposal, finance, and civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining DOCVIT, Ren worked in the public security system for several years.
Meanwhile, Lu, who has extensive experience in intellectual property law, including patent litigation, technology contract disputes, trademark licensing and disputes, and trade secret protection, will join DOCVIT's Beijing office. Before joining DOCVIT, Lu worked at Chang Tsi & Partners.
Lastly, Song Heng, who has a legal technology and media consultancy background, will take on the role of managing partner in DOCVIT's Beijing office. Song was the director of business development at Jotai Law Firm before joining DOCVIT.
