近日，金杜律师事务所正式开设长春办公室，成为该所在中国的第17个办公室，也是该所在东北地区的第一家办公室。

据悉，金杜长春办公室将由合伙人唐逸韵担任常驻负责人，合伙人秦玉公及张皓钧作为重要成员共同推动长春办公室发展。

唐律师自2017年从欧华律师事务所加盟金杜，她主要专注于私募股权与基金、证券与资本市场、上市公司收购与兼并等领域，特别是在涉及港口航运、化工能源、医疗健康等行业的大型整合并购、债务重组、资产重组及融资方面拥有多年经验。近年来，唐律师也为大连、丹东等地的众多企业提供了优质法律服务。

近年来，国家深入实施东北振兴战略，长春新区作为国家级新区，已初步建立起以先进制造、生物医药、航空航天等战略新兴产业为支撑的现代产业体系。

金杜在一份新闻稿中表示，长春办公室将在其多年深耕东北法律服务市场、代理众多当地代表性项目的丰富经验基础上，在国企重组并购、争议解决、知识产权等关键领域进一步促进产业和法律服务业及金融业形成良性互动。

KWM launches Changchun office, exploring Northeast China

King & Wood Mallesons recently launched a new office in Changchun, Jilin Province. This is the firm's first office in Northeast China, and its 17th branch in the country.

The office will be led by partner Tang Yiyun, with partners Qin Yugong and Zhang Haojun playing key roles in its development.

Tang joined KWM from DLA Piper in 2017. She specialises in private equity and funds, securities and capital markets, and acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. Over the years, she has built experience in large-scale integration and mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, asset restructuring, and financing, particularly in the port and shipping, chemical and energy, and medical and healthcare industries. Tang has also provided legal services to businesses in Dalian and Dandong.

In recent years, China has been focusing on revitalising the Northeast, with Changchun New District establishing a modern industrial system supported by advanced manufacturing, biomedicine, aerospace, and other strategic emerging industries.

KWM's press release stated that the new office will draw on the firm's experience in the Northeast legal services market and foster positive interaction between the industry and the legal and financial sectors in key areas. These areas include restructuring and mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
