汤森路透《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）荣幸宣布，我们将聚焦市场上具有卓越商业贡献力的法务团队，启动2025 ALB China 十五佳商业贡献力法务团队评选活动。此次评选将呈现十五家深具商业贡献力的法务团队，表彰法务团队将法律智慧融入商业决策，以法律专业能力驱动价值创造，以深度贴合业务彰显商业贡献力的卓越成绩。

该榜单面向过去12个月常驻中国大陆的公司法务团队参与。调研结果将刊登在2025年3月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

调研方法：

• 公司法务团队提交报名表格；
• ALB邀请律师填写网上问卷，推荐他们心中优秀的法务团队；
• 参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

评选标准：

• 参与及完成的重要交易/项目，直接为公司的发展或利润做出贡献;
• 赢得的仲裁/诉讼，从而保护公司免遭财务或声誉损失;
• 以创新方式深度参与公司运营，促进合规水平提升;
• 法务团队直接创造的营收；
• 根据团队规模考察工作的多样性和复杂性;
• 其他成绩（如在教育、公益法律服务、慈善事业等方面的成绩）。

Their work reflects a keen insight and proactive response to the business environment, injecting new vitality and momentum into achieving business goals from the perspective of legal professionals. The in-house teams are deeply involved in important transactions, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills and directly contributing to the company's profit growth; in-house teams actively respond to potential litigation and arbitration, demonstrate excellent professional skills, and protect the company from financial or reputational losses; they also actively participate in company operations, convey compliance concepts, and promote compliance level improvement; they deeply understand the business, innovate work methods, combine law with business, even directly create profits. 

Thomson Reuters Asian Legal Business (ALB) is pleased to announce that we will focus on the outstanding work of in-house teams to support business and the submission for 2025 ALB China Top 15 Business Support In-House Teams is open now. ALB hopes to present 15 outstanding legal teams and their amazing work. The research results will be published in the ALB China Issue in March 2025.

METHODOLOGY:

• Self-nomination forms are available from in-house teams based in mainland China. The team can fill out the submission form and hand it to the research team at TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com.
• Law firm lawyers in China are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend in-house teams for the ranking. Responses will be kept anonymous.
• We will also take into account peer commentary, market feedback, and ALB editorial input. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.

CRITERIA:

• Involvement in and completion of significant transactions/projects; being a direct contributor to the company’s growth or profit;
• Arbitration/lawsuits won, and thus have saved the company from financial or reputational loss;
• Innovative and in-depth involvement in the company’s operations and promotion of compliance;
• Revenue made by the in-house team directly;
• Efficiency and complexity of work based on the scale of the team;
• Other accomplishments/activities (i.e. educational, pro bono, charitable, etc.).

TO PARTICIPATE:

• Submission forms can be downloaded here. Only one entry is allowed per organization. The form can be filled in Chinese, English, or both.  Please submit the form to TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com. The deadline for submissions is 18:00 on January 13, 2025. The submissions are open to the in-house teams based in mainland China in the past 12 months.
• The survey can be taken from here, which will be closed at 18:00 on January 6, 2025.

2025 ALB China Top 15 Business Support In-House Teams is exclusively sponsored by Tiantai Law Firm. Research is done independently by ALB.
