北京道可特律师事务所近日迎来张琪、赵熙竹分别以高级合伙人、合伙人身份，加盟其太原、上海办公室。

张律师具有十五年的执业经验，专注于环境能源、公司法律事务、刑事诉讼、民商事纠纷等领域。此前，张律师曾在山西省环境保护厅及所属事业单位工作。

赵律师的专业领域涵盖商标、专利、著作权保护，反不正当竞争及反垄断以及商业秘密保护。他具有“技术-法律”双复合教育背景，擅长处理与技术相关的复杂案件。加入道可特之前，赵律师曾在北京市仁光律师事务所工作。

道可特在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加入将助力道可特在环境保护、公司法律事务、争议解决、涉外知识产权、数据合规、反不正当竞争和反垄断、商业秘密保护和等优势领域的专业能力和服务水平。

这是道可特自吸纳了路勇、宋亨、聂京祥、任自兵律师后又一批合伙人级别律师。

DOCVIT adds duo experts in Taiyuan, Shanghai

Beijing DOCVIT Law Firm has recently expanded their team with the addition of Zhang Qi, Zhao Xizhu as senior partner and partner in their Taiyuan and Shanghai offices.

Zhang brings his 15 years of experience in environmental energy, corporate legal affairs, criminal litigation, and civil and commercial disputes, having previously worked for the Shanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Department.

Meanwhile, Zhao specializes in protecting trademarks, patents, and copyrights, as well as handling cases related to technology. Prior to joining DOCVIT, Zhao worked at the Beijing R&G Law Firm.

DOCVIT stated that the inclusion of these two attorneys will further enhance the firm's expertise in areas such as environmental protection, corporate legal affairs, dispute resolution, foreign intellectual property rights, data compliance, anti-unfair competition, anti-monopoly, and trade secret protection.
