创新是企业增强核心竞争力的基石，企业创新离不开知识产权的有力保护。随着时代的发展，知识产权的地位已得到了历史性的提升，然而因为科技日新月异的变化，该领域也面临着新的形势，尊重而不滥用知识产权才能促进有序竞争和持续创新，知识产权律师在这一专业性极强的执业领域中进行着重要的工作。《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）始终关注知识产权法律市场，我们将通过此排名呈现过去12个月内中国知识产权领域的顶尖律师。
每一个律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的知识产权律师，请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的知识产权律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事知识产权相关法律服务，中外律师不限。
评选方法
我们将参考以下几个方面：
- 执业生涯主要成就；
- 过去12个月的重大成就 ；
- 候选人的主要客户 ；
- 候选人所获得的奖项；
- 候选人口碑
最终当选的15位知识产权律师名单将刊登在2023年12月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

We are now accepting submissions for 2023 ALB China Top 15 IP Lawyers.
Intellectual property protection is essential for companies to enhance their core competitiveness and promote innovation. With the advancement of technology, IP has become more critical than ever before, presenting new challenges in the legal market. At ALB, we are committed to identifying exceptional IP lawyers who have played an indispensable role in the past 12 months.
Firms can nominate up to two lawyers who have made remarkable achievements in the IP area. Nominees can be of any nationality but must have been based in mainland China during the past 12 months.
Methodology
The selection process for the list will be based on the combination of the following:
- significant achievements;
- important cases and work conducted in the past 12 months;
- clients the candidate has represented;
- significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition, awards, etc.;
- client and colleague feedback.
The upcoming issue of ALB China in December 2023 will feature the top 15 IP Lawyers for the year 2023.
